I. Call to order
Mrs. Bernard called to order the regular meeting of the FHS FCCLA at 7:30 AM on Tuesday August 27, in room 1428.

• New and returning members – fill out and submit membership information sheet
• Dues
• $16 ($9-National; $7-State)
• We will affiliate this year

• First person to pay full dues will get a free shirt

• APPLY!!
• Officer applications due on FRIDAY September 3
• Teacher Birthday Cakes
• Don’t know if we’re doing these
• Official FCCLA events

• Fall Leadership Workshop
• Tuesday September 28 4:30pm Caddo Mills HS
• Service Projects
• Hall of Fame Luncheon (week of Homecoming) – at least 10 workers are needed! – SIGN UP
• Canned food drive
• Toiletry drive (possibly benefit local nursing home or shelter)
• Angel Tree
• Shoe drive
• Call for ideas!
• State Fair – SIGN UP
• Ag Awareness Day – Tues October 4
• Must be in good academic standing to attend
• Permission slips!!!
• Must bring canned food
• Drug testing for extracurricular activities and clubs.

• Field Trips – MUST HAVE AN ADMINISTRATOR.

• If you provided your email on membership form, I’ll put you in my email and send minutes and announcements (very helpful if you miss a meeting but still want to know what’s going on and respond to issues.
